Horses for Courses® runs charity programmes to support the self-development of young people. The programmes are designed to precipitate discussions around assertive communications, self confidence, problem solving and goal setting. Working in a hands-on way with the horses to achieve specific exercises, the participants quickly discover the importance of rapport building and effective communication.
