part of my management or leadership development programme? |

| Q7 Can the programme be tailored specifically to meet my personal or company’s needs? |
| Q8 Who should attend our programmes? |
| Q9 How many days does the programme run over?
The programmes are suitable for everyone. The majority of our work is with senior executives. We have also run programmes for trainers, coaches, managers, sales personnel, customer interfacing staff, groups of individuals looking to further their personal development, as well as for troubled teens. |
| Q10 I love the idea but will my Finance Director buy it?
Yes and yes! In addition to running a suite of “off the shelf” programmes, we specialise in running bespoke programmes. We are passionate about ensuring your objectives for attending our programmes are met. |
| Q11 How many delegates can attend the programme?
This depends entirely on your requirements. We have run one day to six day programmes with a varying mix of classroom and work with the horses.
To ensure the maximum experience and learning for each delegate our optimum number is eight delegates. When running team building events we tend to work with larger numbers. |
| Q12 Will I be expected to ride and do I need to have experience of horses?
There will be no horse riding during the programmes, but you will have an opportunity to work with horses at liberty from the ground. Our programmes appeal to horse lovers and people, who have had no interaction with horses, alike. The value of the programmes comes from the business and personal insights and is not influenced by the delegate’s previous experience of horses. |
| Q13 Are your horses specially trained to do this work? |
| Q14 How do you handle the delegate’s personal safety? |
Yes! This is one of our specialist areas. The flexibility of our programmes mean that we frequently work with organisations to run a one day programme as part of their larger, for example leadership, programme.
We pride ourselves on our ability to conduct a meaningful training need analysis. By clarifying the organisational business / training objectives, we ensure that the programmes deliver measurable results.
