Subsequently having attended training programmes with Chris Irwin (www.chrisirwin.com) and Mark Rashid (www.markrashid.com), Lisa has spent many hours observing horses in the wild and in domestic situations, testing new techniques and exploring different theories about how best to communicate effectively with horses. | ||

When not at work Joanna loves to feel the sand between her toes or the fallen autumn leaves beneath her wellies, or even better to float above the world in a hot air balloon. |

| Inge Fisher | ||
Inge is a seasoned management consultant, with specialist expertise in the assessment and development of people, across a wide range of industries, in both private and public sectors. She has run her own consulting practice since 1997. In August 2008 Inge joined Harpum Consulting full-time as Leader of the People Practice. |
Inge initially gained her experience of coaching and training people over a period of 20 years through her career in Human Resources, in which she specialised in the assessment of people for jobs, promotion, potential, and development. These roles often necessitated the coaching of people for selection processes, new roles, and in overcoming career setbacks and disappointments, and the training of managers in, for example, interviewing skills. |
Following completion of a Masters in Career Management and Counselling, Inge shifted her focus from assessment to development, and has undertaken a number of highly bespoke coaching and training assignments alongside her work with career counselling clients. Coaching assignments include: development coaching with high potential Police Officers; supporting middle and senior managers facing difficulties at work; accelerating effective performance of new appointments in highly complex matrix environments. |
Inge makes judicious use of psychometric instruments in achieving self-awareness in individuals and groups, including FIRO-B, MBTI and 16PF. |
In addition to working with individuals, Inge also relishes the dynamics of group interventions, and has designed and facilitated many training and development programmes, including coaching and mentoring skills for managers. |
Whether working with groups or individuals, Inge’s driving motivation is to help people discover, on their terms and in their way, their potential for real growth and development. |
